Atlantic Edge Property Solutions

I am a 65-year-old homeowner living in Camps Bay. After the last winter storms, I noticed a massive damp patch spreading across my lounge ceiling. I called a few contractors who wanted to just patch the outside and run, but I called Atlantic Edge because of their good reviews. David arrived promptly, looked at the roof, and explained the real problem: the flashing around my chimney was cracked, and my gutters were overflowing into the wall cavity. He gave me a fair price to fix the roof, replace the gutters, and waterproof the parapet wall. The team didn't take shortcuts. They did the full job properly. The damp patch dried up within a week, and the roof has never looked better. It is so refreshing to find a contractor who takes pride in their work and tells you the truth instead of just looking for a quick buck. I highly recommend Atlantic Edge to all my neighbours. One Team. Complete Property Care. Absolutely spot on.
