Chris Willemse Painters - Waterproofing - Cape Town

Outstanding service and helpful. Always willing to assist on building maintenance and repairs

Of all the roofing companies I contacted to assist with a leaking roof, Riaan was the only one to climb onto our roof and provide a thorough examination. He was able to identify several contributing issues and was willing to assist with the arduous process of claiming with our insurance provider. Joey also provided excellent customer service in performing the necessary repairs and communicated proactively when the weather was preventing the team from working safely. Chris Willemse Painters will definitely be my first choice for future roofing concerns and will be recommend highly to my neighbours.

Riaan and his team did a fantastic job on our home. The scope was substantial: full exterior cleanup (cracks, expansion joints, steelwork), plastering and painting the boundary wall, painting the roof, and sorting out an internal wall with significant damp issues. They also corrected waterproofing from a previous contractor that hadn't held up. The team were friendly, reliable and a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up every day so it never felt like living on a building site, checked in throughout to make sure I was happy, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also went the extra mile on the small things, painting a door frame we haven't replaced yet, carefully putting everything back in place, etc so that when they finish everything looked beautiful. The quality is excellent, the communication was great, and it genuinely felt like our satisfaction mattered to them. Would absolutely work with CWP again and recommend without hesitation.

Riaan - couldn’t have been nicer. A lovely man, deeply professional and passionate about excellent service delivery.

We bought the house we are living in about a year ago, had water leaking Into certain areas, had it fixed under warranty with CWP. This rainy season its leaking again and struggling to get through. No response to online chats and tried calling. Not looking too good. Perhaps now I will get a response. Responding to below, The guy that came out to fix never mentioned it was not your work. He just said he sees why it is leaking at then "fixed" the issue. And responding 3 years later? Lol
